We’re past the All-Star break in the 2025-26 NBA season, and the rookie class hierarchy is starting to solidify. Cooper Flagg is running away with Rookie of the Year, but there are sleepers, busts, and surprises throughout the draft class.

This is our February update to the rookie card power rankings. We’ve tracked prices since draft night, and the market has spoken. Here’s where things stand.

1. Cooper Flagg — San Antonio Spurs

Draft Position: #1 Overall Current Stats: 18.2 PPG, 8.5 RPG, 3.1 APG, 2.2 BPG Rookie of the Year Odds: -400 (massive favorite)

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $280-$350 raw, $750-$900 PSA 10
  • 2025 Select Courtside Tri-Color /149 — $400-$550
  • 2025 Prizm Silver PSA 10 — $750-$900
  • Bowman Chrome Auto /99 — $800-$1,200

Investment Outlook: 🔥🔥🔥

Flagg is the real deal. Playing alongside Victor Wembanyama in San Antonio, he’s averaging near 20-10 and looks like a future perennial All-Star. The Spurs are playoff-bound, and his cards are climbing weekly.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? HOLD. If he wins ROY (which he will) and the Spurs make noise in the playoffs, these prices look cheap in hindsight. Only sell if you need to lock in profits now.

2. Dylan Harper — Charlotte Hornets

Draft Position: #2 Overall Current Stats: 21.5 PPG, 4.8 RPG, 6.2 APG ROY Odds: +600

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $180-$240 raw, $500-$650 PSA 10
  • 2025 Select Premier Silver — $120-$180
  • 2025 Optic Holo — $80-$120
  • Prizm Green /249 — $350-$500

Investment Outlook: 🔥🔥

Harper is a bucket. He’s Charlotte’s franchise guard and leads all rookies in scoring. The problem? Playing for a lottery team kills hype. If the Hornets were .500, his cards would be neck-and-neck with Flagg.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? HOLD. He’s undervalued right now because of team record. Long-term, this is a 20+ PPG scorer with star upside. Buy the dip.

3. Ace Bailey — Portland Trail Blazers

Draft Position: #3 Overall Current Stats: 19.1 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 45% 3PT ROY Odds: +1200

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $140-$190 raw, $400-$550 PSA 10
  • 2025 Select Courtside — $180-$260
  • Mosaic Silver — $60-$90

Investment Outlook: 🔥

Bailey can flat-out shoot. He’s a 6’9” wing who’s hitting 45% from three and looks like a future All-Star. Portland is competitive, and he’s getting minutes. The only knock: inconsistent defensive effort.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? BUY. Underpriced vs talent. If he makes an All-Rookie team, prices jump 30-40%.

4. VJ Edgecombe — Memphis Grizzlies

Draft Position: #6 Overall Current Stats: 14.2 PPG, 5.1 RPG, 1.8 SPG ROY Odds: +2000

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $100-$145 raw, $280-$380 PSA 10
  • 2025 Select Premier — $70-$110

Investment Outlook: ⚡ (Moderate)

Playing behind Ja Morant limits his ceiling, but he’s a defensive menace and explosive athlete. Great for Memphis long-term, frustrating for card values short-term.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? HOLD. He’s properly priced. Only buy if you believe in 3-5 year upside once Ja declines.

5. Nolan Traore — Utah Jazz

Draft Position: #4 Overall Current Stats: 12.8 PPG, 7.4 APG, 3.2 RPG ROY Odds: +1800

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $95-$135 raw, $250-$350 PSA 10
  • 2025 Donruss Optic — $50-$75

Investment Outlook:

French point guard with elite court vision. He’s running Utah’s offense, but his scoring is inconsistent. Good floor, limited ceiling unless he develops a jump shot.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? HOLD/SELL. If you bought early, take profits. Upside is capped.

6. Tre Johnson — Washington Wizards

Draft Position: #7 Overall Current Stats: 16.9 PPG, 3.8 RPG, 2.9 APG

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $85-$125 raw
  • Select Premier Silver — $60-$90

Investment Outlook:

Scoring wing in Washington. Solid stats, but playing on a tanking team. Cards have been flat since November.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? SELL. No momentum, bad team situation.

7. Labaron Philon — Phoenix Suns

Draft Position: #12 Overall Current Stats: 11.2 PPG, 4.1 APG, 1.6 SPG

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $65-$95 raw
  • Select Concourse Silver — $35-$55

Investment Outlook:

Playing on a contender in Phoenix but gets inconsistent minutes behind veteran guards. Playoff exposure could spike prices in April-May.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? BUY (speculative). Cheap playoff lottery ticket.

8. Khaman Maluach — New York Knicks

Draft Position: #9 Overall Current Stats: 9.5 PPG, 7.8 RPG, 1.9 BPG

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $75-$110 raw
  • Select Premier — $50-$75

Investment Outlook:

Big man getting limited minutes in New York. Good defender, raw offensively. New York market helps, but production doesn’t justify prices.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? HOLD. Big market keeps a floor under his cards.

9. Liam McNeeley — Orlando Magic

Draft Position: #10 Overall Current Stats: 10.1 PPG, 4.2 RPG

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $60-$85 raw

Investment Outlook: ❄️ (Cool)

Solid role player, not a star. Cards are cheap but probably stay cheap.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? SELL if you have, avoid if you don’t.

10. Collin Murray-Boyles — Detroit Pistons

Draft Position: #8 Overall Current Stats: 13.4 PPG, 8.1 RPG

Key Cards & Prices:

  • 2025 Prizm Silver — $70-$100 raw

Investment Outlook:

Solid two-way player in Detroit. Not flashy, but consistent. Cards are fairly valued.

Buy, Hold, or Sell? HOLD.

11-15: The Rest of the Lottery

  • #11 Kasparas Jakucionis (Indiana) — $55-$80 Prizm Silver
  • #12 Hugo Gonzalez (Sacramento) — $50-$70 Prizm Silver
  • #13 Egor Demin (Chicago) — $60-$85 Prizm Silver
  • #14 Ian Jackson (Brooklyn) — $45-$65 Prizm Silver
  • #15 Carter Bryant (Minnesota) — $40-$60 Prizm Silver

These are all fringe rotation players right now. Cards are cheap, but there’s little upside unless someone breaks out post-All-Star break.

Biggest Risers Since November

  1. Ace Bailey (+45%) — Shooting has been lights out
  2. VJ Edgecombe (+30%) — Playoff hype lifting all Grizzlies
  3. Labaron Philon (+25%) — Suns playoff run narrative

Biggest Fallers Since November

  1. Nolan Traore (-20%) — Jump shot concerns
  2. Tre Johnson (-15%) — Wizards tanking kills hype
  3. Ian Jackson (-25%) — Lost minutes, Brooklyn is chaos

Which Sets to Target

Best Overall Value: Panini Select Premier tier. You get 70% of the aesthetic quality of Prizm at 50% of the price.

Best for Resale: Prizm Silver. Still the most liquid parallel.

Best for Gambling: Bowman Chrome Autos of Flagg, Harper, Bailey. If they become superstars, these 5-10x.

Investment Strategy: February to June

Buy Now

  • Cooper Flagg anything under $400 raw
  • Ace Bailey Prizm Silver under $150
  • Labaron Philon (playoff lottery ticket)

Sell Now

  • Nolan Traore (peak price, declining stats)
  • Tre Johnson (no catalyst, bad team)
  • Any lottery pick outside top 5 that hasn’t shown star flashes

Hold Through Playoffs

  • Dylan Harper (undervalued, elite scorer)
  • VJ Edgecombe (Memphis playoff run)
  • Cooper Flagg (ROY lock, Spurs playoff exposure)

The Bottom Line

Cooper Flagg is the class. Dylan Harper is the value play. Ace Bailey is the sleeper. Everyone else is either a hold or a sell unless you’re gambling on playoff narratives.

Rookie of the Year will be announced in June. Flagg wins. His cards spike 20-30%. Lock in positions now if you believe.
